The most extreme terrorist groups in the Middle East, Africa and the Caucasus subscribe to a perversion of Sunni Islam called Wahhabism. It is a cult like ultraconservative ideology that is state sponsored in Saudi Arabia, an open ally of the United States and NATO, and a covert ally of Israel. Saudi Arabia would not exist if it were not for the creation of Israel.
Some words on the new bulwark
In a 2014 speech at Harvard, then Vice President Joe Biden blamed the rise of ISIS on Saudi Arabia and other US allies in the Middle East for arming and supporting al Qaeda and other al Qaeda linked groups to try and overthrow the Syrian government. He leaves out the part that the US and Israel were involved in this effort too.
In 2015, a 2012 US Defense Intelligence Agency document was declassified that proves the US and their allies supported the rise of ISIS in Syria. It states:
"B) The Salafist, the Muslim Brotherhood and AQI (Al Qaeda in Iraq) are the major forces driving the insurgency in Syria.
C) The West, Gulf Countries and Turkey support the opposition; while Russia, China and Iran support the regime."…
"…there is the possibility of establishing a declared or undeclared Salafist Principality in eastern Syria (Hasaka and Der Zor), and this is exactly what the supporting powers to the opposition want, in order to isolate the Syrian regime."
"Former director of the Defense Intelligence Agency Michael Flynn confirms to Mehdi Hasan [Al Jazeera] that not only had he studied the DIA memo predicting the West’s backing of an Islamic State in Syria when it came across his desk in 2012, but even asserts that the White House’s sponsoring of radical jihadists (that would emerge as ISIL and Nusra) against the Syrian regime was “a willful decision.”
It is openly acknowledged that al Qaeda is a US and Saudi Arabian creation. In the late 1970s, the US and their Middle Eastern allies began arming and training the Mujaheddin (who later morphed into al Qaeda and the Taliban) to draw the Soviet Union into Afghanistan to give the Soviets their own Vietnam war. The US went as far as spending “millions of dollars to supply Afghan schoolchildren with textbooks filled with violent images and militant Islamic teachings… The primers, which were filled with talk of jihad and featured drawings of guns, bullets, soldiers and mines, have served since then as the Afghan school system’s core curriculum. Even the Taliban used the American-produced books.” The plan worked and the Soviet Union was bogged down in an unpopular war in Afghanistan for almost ten years, helping usher in the breakup of the Soviet Union.
Fifteen of the nineteen alleged hijackers on September 11, 2001 were Saudi Arabian, and so was Osama bin Laden. And there has actually been a decent amount of mainstream media coverage regarding Saudi Arabia’s roll in the 9/11 attacks, but this just obfuscates Israel's primary role.
Tel Aviv and Terrorism
Israel has openly admitted that they prefer ISIS to Iran in Syria. And Israel is openly supporting and aiding al Qaeda in Syria. Israel’s own foreign policy papers discuss breaking up their enemy Arab neighbor states into weaker mini state-lets along sectarian ethnic/religious lines so they’ll fight among themselves and not Israel. And Israel and the US have been providing air support to al Qaeda, al Qaeda linked terrorists and ISIS for quite a while in Syria.
The reason most Americans and Westerners in general are not aware of most of this information is due to the controlled mainstream corporate media, even though American media has been openly working with al Qaeda in Syria.
Since 2011, the war in Syria has been fought by the Syrian Arab Army, Iran, Hezbollah and later Russia versus al Qaeda, al Qaeda linked "rebels" and ISIS via support from NATO, Israel and the GCC allies. Although Russia has helped save Syria from completely being routed by Wahhabi cult lunatic mercenaries, Russia is openly allied with Israel. And Israel is giving high technology stolen from the United States to Russia.
Just recently, geopolitical analyst Andrew Korbyko wrote:
"The “ceasefire” agreed to by Presidents Putin and Trump following their first-ever face-to-face meeting last week at the G20 is meant to advance a “political settlement” in the country by disempowering the Syrian Arab Army and therefore increasing the chances that President Assad will make more “compromises” to quickly end the war."
It appears that the infamous "Yinon Plan" is still the end goal for Syria as Russia and the US do a dangerous dance to realize their mutual ally Israel's plans for Syria. Although Russia does not openly support Wahhabi terrorists like Israel and the US do, Russia cannot be trusted due to its alliance with Israel and lack of control over its money supply. And although the accusations of Russian meddling in the 2016 US Presidential elections have been thoroughly shattered, there does appear to be connections between Trump and Russia, and they go directly via Israel.
