Why is this not discussed after these “terrorist” attacks that either ISIS or al Qaeda allegedly take credit?

ISIS and al Qaeda subscribe to a cult like extreme ultraconservative interpretation of Sunni Islam called Wahhabism. This same lunatic cult Wahhabi ideology is state sponsored in Saudi Araba, a US and NATO ally. In a 2014 speech at Harvard, Vice President Joe Biden pretty much blamed the rise of ISIS on Saudi Arabia and other US allies in the Middle East for arming and supporting al Qaeda and other al Qaeda linked groups to try and overthrow the Syrian government. He leaves out the part that the US and Israel were involved in this effort too.

In 2015, a 2012 US Defense Intelligence Agency document was declassified via Judicial Watch that proves the US and their allies supported the rise of ISIS in Syria. It states:

“B) The Salafist, the Muslim Brotherhood and AQI (Al Qaeda in Iraq) are the major forces driving the insurgency in Syria.
C) The West, Gulf Countries and Turkey support the opposition; while Russia, China and Iran support the regime.”…

“…there is the possibility of establishing a declared or undeclared Salafist Principality in eastern Syria (Hasaka and Der Zor), and this is exactly what the supporting powers to the opposition want, in order to isolate the Syrian regime.”

Former director of the Defense Intelligence Agency Michael Flynn confirms to Mehdi Hasan [Al Jazeera] that not only had he studied the DIA memo predicting the West’s backing of an Islamic State in Syria when it came across his desk in 2012, but even asserts that the White House’s sponsoring of radical jihadists (that would emerge as ISIL and Nusra) against the Syrian regime was “a willful decision.

It’s also openly acknowledged that al Qaeda is a US and Saudi Arabian creation. In the late 1970s, the US and their Middle Eastern allies began arming and training the Mujaheddin (who later morphed into al Qaeda) to draw the Soviet Union into Afghanistan to give the Soviets their own Vietnam war. The US went as far as spending “millions of dollars to supply Afghan schoolchildren with textbooks filled with violent images and militant Islamic teachings… The primers, which were filled with talk of jihad and featured drawings of guns, bullets, soldiers and mines, have served since then as the Afghan school system’s core curriculum. Even the Taliban used the American-produced books.

Fifteen of the nineteen alleged hijackers on September 11, 2001 were Saudi Arabian, and so was Osama bin Laden. And there’s actually been a descent amount of mainstream media coverage regarding Saudi Arabia’s possible roll in the 9/11 attacks.

It should also be noted that Israel and Saudi Arabia are in fact allies. And the establishment of Israel actually helped create the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Israel has openly admitted that they prefer ISIS to Iran in Syria. And Israel is openly supporting and aiding al Qaeda in Syria. Israel’s own foreign policy papers discuss breaking up their enemy Arab neighbor states into weaker mini state-lets along sectarian ethnic/religious lines so they’ll fight among themselves and not Israel. This is the reason for the current refugee crisis.

Why is none of this discussed after these “terrorist” attacks that either ISIS or al Qaeda linked groups allegedly take credit? Could it be that ISIS and al Qaeda are actually proxy mercenaries employed on behalf of the US-NATO, Israel and their GCC allies? It sure smells like it.
